Photoshoot Packages

In order to book a date for a shoot, simply send me a message with your preferred date and time. I will respond quickly to confirm availability and discuss the details of your event. A pre-payment will then be required to reserve the date. 

The length of the shoot depends on the type of shoot and your preferences. Typically a standard photo shoot takes between 1 and 2 hours, but I also offer longer packages for events such as weddings or large celebrations. It is important to discuss all the details in advance so that I can consider all your needs.

Absolutely. I’ll guide you every step of the way from how to stand, where to look, even what to do with your hands. You don’t need to be a model. You just need to show up as you are and I’ll take care of the rest.

Of course. I’m happy to shoot at your favourite spot, or recommend beautiful locations that match the mood you’re going for. I know some hidden gems around Bournemouth!

You’re not alone, most of my clients say this at first! But trust me, I’ll guide you gently, keep the vibe relaxed, and make sure you feel comfortable. By the end, you’ll forget the camera’s even there.

Once your shoot is booked, I’ll send a style guide with outfit ideas based on your shoot type and location. I’m also happy to review your outfit options and help you choose what works best for your session and location.

You’ll receive your fully edited online gallery where you can view and download the photos within 10 days. I always aim to deliver sooner when possible, but I never rush the process. Your photos deserve care and attention, I carefully edit each of them to ensure it meets my highest standards and yours. Your online gallery will remain available for 6 months from the date of your shoot. After that period, it can be restored within 7 days for an additional fee if you need extended access.

In most cases, I select the best images based on lighting, expression, and overall composition to ensure a polished final gallery. However, depending on the session type, you may have the option to choose your favourites for retouching. I’ll let you know what works best during the planning process, it’s always tailored to the project.

We’ll keep an eye on the forecast. If conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll reschedule to the next available date that works for both of us no extra charge.

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. I accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers and PayPal for your convenience. Once your deposit has been received, your date will be officially secured, and you’ll receive a booking confirmation with all the details. All prices reflect the time, care, and professional editing that go into creating your final gallery.

Life happens, I understand. Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

– A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.

– If you need to reschedule, please give at least 72 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date.
– Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your session will result in a forfeited deposit.
– No-shows or day-of cancellations may be subject to the full session fee.
